Making A Purchase Online: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Ordering by post: We are pleased to accept orders by post. Please send a copy of your order together with your cheque (made payable to "Northwood Medway Ltd") or provide credit card information along with full name and address and contact telephone number and preferably also an e-mail address.

Businesses, Government Departments, Local Authorities and Schools: We are pleased to accept official purchase orders from commercial and public bodies in the UK. Please ensure that you include a contact name, phone number and preferably also an e-mail address on your order. Commercial and public bodies requiring account facilities should contact us. Credit facilities are offered at our discretion and subject to appropriate checks and references.
Please note that our minimum order value for commercial purchase orders is £50.00 + VAT.
Tax Charges: Prices shown on this website include VAT at the prevailing rate and the 15p per unit WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations) recycling charge as set by manufacturers where applicable.
Credit Card Security: Your personal details and credit/debit card information are encrypted over the internet with strong industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit/debit card information is not retained after an order has been processed.
Complaints Procedure: Should you have any reason to complain about our products or service please contact us. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days.
