Shipping and Delivery: The majority of orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday are despatched with 24 hours. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of anticipated despatch dates if any delays do occur.
Your credit/debit card will not be charged until goods are ready to despatch.
Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually Special Delivery (Signed For) Post, Royal Mail Parcel Service, Courier or our own transport.
Please note that a signature is required for most deliveries. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If an order is not delivered due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left with contact details to arrange an alternative date. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
We will notify you by email once your order has been despatched.
Orders should generally be delivered within 1 or 2 working days of the despatch date.
Confirmation of Gift Certificates will be sent via email.
Delays: Should a delivery be delayed excessively, we will always give you the option of purchasing alternative items or of cancelling your order.

Export Orders: Please note we that are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the UK.
Returns: If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your contact details or call us on 0207 740 2692. We will assess the best way to deal with the damaged items and, if required, arrange for a replacement.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that due to the limitations of viewing items on the internet they may not be what you had expected and sometimes you will want to return some items ordered over the internet. Please return the items to us within 7 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange, full refund or credit note, providing goods and their original packaging are in perfect condition.
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Please wrap the items very securely, giving full details, and return them to us by insured registered delivery and keep the receipt.
We do ask that you pay the postage
on the goods you return but if you ask for an exchange
we will pay for any goods we send back out to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a refund is required, please allow up to 7 working days (from
the date you return the item) for the refund to clear through
to your credit/debit card account. Please note
for security purposes, we can only refund the same credit/debit card
which was used for the original transaction.
